G. Waivers/Free Agency

G.1 Definition
A free agent is defined as any player not on a PTD roster. Once a player is dropped from a PTD roster he immediately becomes a Free agent and is available immediately!

G.2 Blind Bidding Waiver System
Prime Time Dynasty uses a combined Blind Bidding (BBID) / First Come First Serve (FCFS) waiver system.

G.2.A Blind Bidding Process
Bids can start at kickoff of Sunday games (1:00) and can be placed through Wednesday at 10:29pm EST
    *** Players in Thursday and Saturday games are locked at kickoff of those games and can only be bid upon. Bids on these players will also be processed on Wednesday at 10:30 EST.
    *** At 10:30pm ET on Wednesday, MFL will process the bids.
    *** Only winning bid has amount deducted from total cap.
    *** ALL BBID WAIVER PICKUPS ARE ASSIGNED A 1 YEAR CONTRACT! ***
    *** Rolling Waiver system is used. Once a team is awarded a player via BBID waivers they go to bottom of list. ***

    *** If two teams bid the same highest amount the tiebreaker is in order.....

G.2.B. First Come First Serve Waivers (FCFS)
From 10:30pm EST Wednesday until kickoff of players game is FCFS.
    *** Players from any Thursday and/or Saturday games are locked at kickoff of the Thursday and/or Saturday night game. They are available from Wednesday at 9:30 PM EST until kickoff of their game for FCFS. Once kickoff they are only available to be bid on (BBID) for the following week.
    *** There is no limit to the number of players acquired during FCFS.
    *** ALL FCFS PICKUPS ARE ASSIGNED A 1 YEAR CONTRACT! ***

G.3 Blind Bidding Rules
The minimum bid that can be placed is $0.00. All bids must be made in increments of $1.00 (No bids of $5.25 for example). Teams can bid all of their PTB’s if they so choose.
    *** If a franchise has a balance of 0 PTBs, they may NOT bid on any players and must wait until FCFS to pick up players
    *** There is no limit to the number of players bid upon or acquired each week.
All roster additions (Waiver/FCFS) end at the conclusion of the PTD title game. (Week 17)

G.5 Offseason FCFS Waivers
All offseason waivers will run from one day after the Signing period for all Rookies/Free Agents acquired in the draft (official date announced one week in advance) until Kickoff of the Week 1 Game (Thursday )in the NFL....

** First 24 hours are BBID Waivers. All offseason waivers after first 24 hours are FCFS.
** The penalty to drop players is still in effect. $5 PTB's per contract year.
** All players are given a 1 year contract. You have 3 days (from moment player was acquired) to announce if you want to sign player to longer than 1 year.
** Any dropped player CANNOT be reacquired by the team that dropped said player for 24 hours.
