F. Prime Time Bucks (PTB’s)
F.1. PTB definedThe Prime Time Buck (PTB) is the official currency of the Prime Time Dynasty. PTBs are used to bid on free agents during the regular season as well as the RFA period and may also be used in certain trade situations. Each team will receive a $100 PTB stipend on the first day that the MFL site is rolled over to new year (official beginning of new season). Any amount not used during the season is carried over to the next.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH GM TO MONITOR THEIR PTB ACCOUNTS AND REPORT ANY POTENTIAL DISCREPENCIES TO THE PTD COMMISSIONER IN A PROMPT FASHION
F.1.A. Trading of PTBPTB can be included in all trades and can be traded for players, picks, and/or both.
F.2. PTB AwardsIn addition to the yearly stipend of $100 PTB's per team at the beginning of each season, teams can be awarded additional PTB for the following reasons:
a. $25 PTB's to the team the wears PINK for the next season. Tie broken by lineup effectiveness percentage - owner with the better overall line up efficiency percentage (power rankings). 2nd tiebreaker is player on roster with most total points, then QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DEF
b. $15 PTB's for winning the PTB Losers Bracket
c. $10 PTB's for each non-playoff team (not including Losers Bracket winner, and team in PINK).
d. $10 PTB's for each team in the Division that wins the Week 18 Division Throwdown
F.3 Side Games
Prime Time Dynasty will have 4 side games that will each payout PTB's at seasons end.
Each game PTB's will be awarded as follows:
1st place: $25 PTB's
2nd place: $15 PTB's
3rd place: $10 PTB's
Four Side Games:
a. NFL Confidence Pool
b. Survivor Pool
c. PTD Fantasy Confidence Pick'em
d. Playoff League
F.3.B. Side Game Rules:
1. NFL Confidence Poll requires each team to rank games by how confident they are in team winning. Most confident give a 16, second most confident 15, etc.... Winner at years end is franchise with most points.
** tiebreaker is highest one week score, second highest week score, etc...
2. Survivor Pool is
DOUBLE elimination
** tiebreaker is person who had longest streak of choosing winners - EX: Leo and Brian both finished tied after 17 weeks. Leo went weeks 1-7 without a loss for a streak of 7, Brian went from weeks 5 -14 without a loss for a streak of 9 .. Brian would win tiebreaker.
** all ties are broken this way... isn't just for overall winner
** if tiebreaker (winning streaks) doesn't break ties for PTB payouts, pot will be split evenly among all parties involved
3. PTD Fantasy Confidence Pick'em works same as NFL confidence poll (Rank 1-6)
** tiebreaker is most perfect weeks (21 points) , most 20 point weeks, most 19 point weeks, etc...

NFL Playoff league will run from Week 19 (NFL- Wildcard) until the conclusion of the Super Bowl. It is NOT mandatory to participate but there will be PTB prizes awarded.
* Scoring and Lineup requirements will be the same as in season
* You are allowed to start any one player exactly one time throughout the postseason. Once you use a player he can NO longer be used again.
* You MUST be able to submit a complete starting lineup or you will receive a ZERO (total score) for the week.
For Example.... Super Bowl is Denver vs. Seattle and you have already used both the Broncos and Seahawks defenses, thus you cannot start a complete lineup.
* Highest accumulated total points over the course of the 4 weeks wins.
F.4. Prime Time Dynasty PTB Gambling
F.4.A. Beat the Spread (Rob in charge)
** Each week teams can bet $1 PTB on one game during the week in PTD. Point spread will be created and posted each week at forums. Bets must be made in the forum thread by kickoff of Thursday game.
a. $2 PTB's if bet is won
b. -$1 PTB if bet is lost.
c. Any winnings/losses from Beat the Spread credited when all PTB's are awarded (conclusion on PTD Playoff League).
** Maximum won is $32
** Maximum lost is $16
d. In the event a new franchise enters PTD, new franchise will NOT receive the previous teams winnings/losses.
F.4.B. Player Prop Bets (Alex in charge)
** 12 players will be selected, 1 player per franchise, per week to participate in the player prop bets.
** Player Prop Bets will be for Sunday and Monday games only so this gives GM’s enough time to place a bet. Thursday Night games and 9:30AM Sunday London games will not qualify. Selection must be made prior to first kickoff on Sunday’s.
** Each GM can select one player to cover or not cover the line.
a. $2 PTB if bet is won
b. -$1 PTB if bet is lost.
c. Any winnings/losses from Player Prop Bets credited when all PTB's are awarded (conclusion on PTD Playoff League).
** Maximum won is $32 ** Maximum lost is $16

F.5 All-Pro Selection Committee
A Committee of Three determines the league All Pro's each year. They are tasked with determining qualification, points, and consistency. The Committee of Three rotates each year. There are no PTB awards for All-Pro Player Franchises. Voting will no longer take place.
